The Bidule 2.0 version here takes the form of a live electronic performance, composed of randomly triggered pre-recorded sequences mixed with raw sounds. This approach seeks to establish a tension based on otherness. The performance is freely inspired by Bidule 2.0, a composition by ErikM (2024) that revisits part of Pierre Henry’s little-known sound heritage, covering the period 1950-1974, from the Son/Ré studio and recently digitized by the BnF.
